Jimmy Goodman to Speak at Interface Net Lease Conference

Jimmy Goodman, Partner of the national net lease advisory firm The Boulder Group, will be speaking at the Interface Net Lease Conference in New York on October 3rd, 2017. Jimmy will be moderating a panel discussing the investment market perspective of private capital buyers.

The  Interface Net Lease Conference description is as follows: As it does every year, this industry-leading information and networking conference will bring together all of the leading players in the net lease, 1031 and sale leaseback markets. Last year’s event attracted over 270 attendees and given the uncertain market environment and question marks about the future of 1031 exchanges, an even larger audience is expected for this year’s conference.

The InterFace Net Lease agenda will cover investment, development and financing trends and discuss market conditions in the NNN and sale leaseback spaces.The event will also feature informal roundtable discussions on special niche topics in the net lease market.

Jimmy is a partner at The Boulder Group, with over 15 years of experience in the investment real estate sector. His career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001 and afterward, he has been solely focused on investment real estate. He has been featured in multiple publications  including  Globe  Street,  Commercial Property  Executive,  Real  Estate  Forum and  was a  featured speaker at Real Share’s Net Lease Conference.  He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois.
