Founded in 1997, the firm has arranged the acquisition and disposition of over $4 billion of single tenant net lease real estate transactions. From 2010-2016, the firm was ranked in the top 10 companies in the nation for single tenant retail transactions by CoStar and Real Capital Analytics.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Position:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Boulder Group is seeking a commercial real estate analyst to assist with marketing, research, underwriting, and other real estate responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R<\/strong><strong>esponsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Prepare property offering memorandums, proposals and presentations for new assignments<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and analyze leases, loan documents, and other third-party reports as typical in a transactional due diligence process<\/li>\n<li>Perform financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis in Excel including cash flow models, cash-on-cash return, NPV\/IRR analysis and discounted cash flow<\/li>\n<li>Research property records for ownership information<\/li>\n<li>Maintain property databases<\/li>\n<li>Assist in net lease market research<\/li>\n<li>Support transaction due diligence and closing processes as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position will report directly to the principals and provide the support needed for the majority of business development initiatives. This is an exciting and demanding environment that requires a self-starter that is willing to work hard and requires minimal supervision. A qualified candidate should be able to prioritize and meet deadlines and be capable of working independently with a strong attention to detail.<\/p>\n<p>Candidate must possess a degree from a competitive national university in real estate, finance, economics or a closely related field; or have worked for a commercial real estate firm previously.
