The Taco Bell parcel sits at the entrance to the shopping center and at signalized intersection. The property is located along Park Avenue West which experiences traffic volume in excess of 15,000 vehicles per day. Retailers in the area include Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, Lowe\u2019s, Sam\u2019s Club Walgreens, Chase, CVS, and Richland Mall (JCPenney, Macy\u2019s &amp; Sears).\u00a0 Immediately east of the property is Mansfield Senior High School with an enrollment of 1,389 students.<\/p>\n<p>Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction; a Midwest based Real Estate Company.
