Retailers in the immediate area include Chick-fil-A, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili\u2019s, IHOP, Burger King and 7-Eleven. The Family Dollar is also located in close proximity to Albuquerque International Sunport.<\/p>\n<p>Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the buyer in the transaction; a local investor.
