Additionally, the property is located immediately off of Highway 34 (18,560 VPD) near Galesburg High School, Gale Elementary School and Churchill Junior High School, driving continual traffic to the area. Retailers in the immediate area include Hy-Vee, Lowe\u2019s, Target, AMC, Starbucks, Wells Fargo and McDonald\u2019s.<\/p>\n
The 15,051 square foot Walgreens in Jacksonville, Illinois benefits from its location along West Morton Avenue (20,200 VPD) which is a primary east-west thoroughfare. Retailers in the immediate area include ALDI, JCPenney, Home Depot, Walmart Supercenter and Shopko. The Walgreens property is also near Illinois College and Illinois School For The Deaf. The property is also just off of Interstate 72, connecting Jacksonville to Springfield, Illinois.<\/p>\n
