Retailers in the immediate area include Target, Costco, Jewel-Osco, Menards and numerous banks and restaurants. There are 447,627 people live within five miles of the property and the average household income within one mile is $88,997.<\/p>\n<p>Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented both parties in the transaction.
