Mecca is a desert community lies on the North shore of the Salton Sea in the eastern Coachella Valley and is surrounded by agricultural land. The lease expires on September 30, 2025 and features two 5-year renewal options with rental escalations in each option.<\/p>\n<p>Randy Blankstein and John Feeney of The Boulder Group represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller is a California based developer and the buyer is a real estate fund.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGovernment leased assets continue to be in high demand amongst investors.\u201d said Randy Blankstein, President of The Boulder Group.\u00a0 John Feeney, Senior Vice President of The Boulder Group, added, \u201cUnited Postal Service properties continue to garner significant interest amongst investors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Boulder Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Boulder Group is a boutique investment real estate service firm specializing in single tenant net lease properties.
