Interstate 35 is a primary thoroughfare for the Fort Worth area and leads directly to downtown. The area features a diverse mix of tenants including Crash Champions, Goodwill, 7-Eleven, Taco Bell, Caliber Car Wash, CareNow, Einstein Bro\u2019s, and others. The property is surrounded by a large population, with over 295,000 residents living within a five-mile radius. The average household income within this radius exceeds $105,000.<\/p>\n<p>Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction. The seller was an east-coast based real estate company. The buyer was a Texas-based real estate investor.<\/p>\n<p>National Tire &amp; Battery is a subsidiary of TBC Retail Group.
