The purchaser was a local all-cash investor and the seller was an Arkansas-based real estate development company.<\/p>\n<p>The brand-new construction Dollar General Market property is located just south of the Missouri-Arkansas border along US Route 63. The Dollar General is positioned just east of Mammoth Spring Highschool and Mammoth Spring Middle School, and just south of the entrance of Mammoth Spring State Park. The 15-year Dollar General lease features rental increases every 5 years and zero landlord responsibilities.
