The surrounding five-mile radius is home to nearly 150,000 residents with an average household income of $111,913. Neighboring tenants include Schnucks, Ace Hardware, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Dairy Queen, Chick-fil-A, Domino\u2019s, Subway, and Circle K. The property also benefits from a vibrant mix of retail, industrial, and office tenants, including the Edward Jones Headquarters, Hollywood Casino, and World Wide Technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 1.0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was a local developer, and the buyer was a private partnership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 1.0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Valvoline Instant Oil Change, a division of Valvoline Inc., is a leading provider of quick, convenient, and reliable automotive maintenance services, specializing in fast oil changes without the need for appointments.
