The property is surrounded by a mix of national retailers, including Petco, dd\u2019s Discounts, Les Schwab, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Firestone, Popeyes, Planet Fitness, and Goodwill. More than 400,000 residents live within a five-mile radius, and the surrounding community is affluent, with an average household income exceeding $134,000 within three miles.<\/p>\n
