The Boulder Group\u2019s Zach Wright and Brandon Wright represented the purchaser in the transaction. The purchaser was a Colorado-based 1031 exchange investor and the seller was a Northeast-based partnership.<\/p>\n<p>The Caliber Collision property is strategically located off of Tower Road and is less than ten minutes from Denver International Airport, the 6<sup>th<\/sup> busiest airport in the world. There are approximately 50,000 people living within three miles of the property. The surrounding area is rapidly developing and growing.<\/p>\n<p>The Caliber Collision was built in 2021 and features a long-term triple net lease. The Caliber Collision property is 16,785 SF and on a 2.41-acre lot.
