Randy Blankstein founded The Boulder Group in 1997 with a singular focus: single-tenant net lease advisory. Over nearly three decades, he has built the firm into one of the most recognized boutique net lease practices in the country, advising private investors, family offices, and institutional capital on acquisitions and dispositions from coast to coast.

Under Randy’s leadership, The Boulder Group has completed more than $11 billion in net lease transactions and earned a top national advisor ranking from CoStar. The firm’s proprietary quarterly cap rate research — published since the firm’s early years — has become one of the most widely cited sources of net lease market data in the industry, referenced by investors, lenders, and the financial press nationwide.

Randy serves as Conference Chair of the Net Lease Summit and is a regular source for commercial real estate media commentary on net lease market conditions, cap rate trends, and single-tenant investment activity.
