The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm completed the sale of a single tenant net lease Midas located at 3706 West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for $650,000.
The 3,900 square foot net lease Midas property benefits from its location along Wisconsin Ave (15,000+ VPD) and just off of Interstate 94 (175,000+ VPD). Furthermore, the property benefits from its proximity to Miller Brewery (1,000+ employees) and Marquette University High School (1,074 students). Additionally, the property is 1.5 Miles north of Miller Park, Target, Walmart and many other national retailers. There are 243,499 people living within three miles of the property with an average income of $60,000 annually.
Jimmy Goodman and John Feeney of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction. The seller is a west coast based investor and the buyer is a Colorado based investment firm.
There are over four years left on the lease with one 5-year renewal option remaining. The lease is guaranteed by Leeds West Groups (LWG). LWG was founded in 2009 by Judd Shader in Colorado. They have grown to include franchised brands such as Big O Tires, Midas, and Speedee Oil. LWG is currently headquartered in Greenwood Village, CO, with automotive retail operations in 19 States and over 950 team members.
