Connecting buyers and sellers through off market advisory

An effective off-market process starts with understanding what would make a transaction work for both parties. Buyers need clearly defined acquisition criteria, including tenant preferences, geography, transaction size and lease requirements. Owners need a realistic assessment of pricing and a credible path to closing.

The Boulder Group advises buyers and sellers on off-market net lease acquisitions and dispositions nationwide. Our recent sales reflect that work across multiple tenant categories and markets.
