Single Tenant USPS Property Sale Arranged Date December 20, 2019
The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm, has completed the sale of a net leased United States Postal Service property located at 91307 2nd St in Mecca, California for $208,763.
The 1,750 square foot single tenant USPS property is located just off of CA-111 which is a primary north-south thoroughfare. Mecca is a desert community lies on the North shore of the Salton Sea in the eastern Coachella Valley and is surrounded by agricultural land. The lease expires on September 30, 2025 and features two 5-year renewal options with rental escalations in each option.
